Each session begins with a breath practice, as the breath is the fastest tool to open the heart, release pain and trauma; followed by a guided meditation and Q&A at the end. This powerful approach will support you in feeling more connected to yourself, reduces anxiety and strengthens your emotional intelligence. Sessions also include an experience with essential oils to soothe the nervous system.
