Gemma’s mantra meditation guides you while simultaneously teaching you the subtlety of the practice. Once we allow ourselves to rest our awareness on the mantra, we are giving ourselves permission to be lead inward to the depth of self. When we feel this deep connection to ourselves the benefit we experience is that the nervous system relaxes, our parasympathetic nervous system becomes dominate.
