INTRODUCTION

Mediation is personal training for the mind, a powerful tool of calmness, kindness and wellbeing.  Meditation helps us to live a healthy, balanced life to the fullest.  People have been meditating for thousands of years. While the practice isn’t new, science is just catching up to its benefits. 

At GITANO we believe there is a perfect balance of pure health and pure fun.  We have designed the GITANO MEDITATION GARDEN on the south side of the GITANO NYC restaurant including a 40' reflecting pool, waterfall, tipis and a rock sculpture labyrinth.  We are collaborating with leading meditation teachers and transformational coaches to offer sunset and sunrise guided meditation sessions.

My method integrates ancient wisdom & modern science, bringing clarity to any aspect of your life. Each session begins with a breath practice, as the breath is the fastest tool to open the heart, release pain and trauma; followed by a guided meditation and Q&A at the end. This powerful approach will support you in feeling more connected to yourself, reduces anxiety and strengthens your emotional intelligence. Sessions also include an experience with essential oils to soothe the nervous system.  Whether you are a long term meditator or it's your first time, this practice is for you.

When we feel this deep connection to ourselves the benefit we experience is that the nervous system relaxes, our parasympathetic nervous system becomes dominate. This allows our complete system to de-stress and heal. Ultimately, we feel relaxed, rejuvenated, more creative and ready to continue our efforts with clarity and focus.
